Plywood Shutting Down
I'm sure nobody is reading this anymore but I thought I'd mention it, just in case. The Plywood Webcomic page is shutting down at the end of the month. Read it while you can.

I've also hacked down what was up until recently the Tallest Eyesore in Second Life. That's right, Mo-Tech Tower - all four kilometers of it - is no more. My apologies to the half dozen squatters who logged in only to find themselves hanging unsupported a couple miles off the ground. Happy landings.

And, well, that's about it.

For those of you still making a go of it, enjoy your Second Life. Edit: As Octobriana (Oz) points out, Plywood is still available, substantially intact, at the Internet Archive (the Wayback Machine).
Comments:
That's a shame. I liked Plywood. I was just about to link to it from my own Webcomic. There are not many regular SL comics around.

Also, plywood still "lives" in the Wayback Machine archives. See http://web.archive.org/web/20090203031331/http://plywoodcomic.com/strip1.htm to understand what I mean.

I won't lie and say I've been a close follower of the webcomic any time within the last few years, but I did read it, in its entirety, a long time back and I still to this day make reference to it now and then, like the Gendar or what happens to afk people around me. Ahh well, I wish you all the best, and I am very glad to see that it is still floating around in the interwebs somewhere.

I liked Plywood too -- shame to see it go.

Also, I wish I'd read this post before it happened, so I could've saved the comics locally. Oh well, I have all the Wayback Machine ones, anyway.
